Since we don’t sell any tangible items on our website, returns are not applicable.
All our services are on a postpaid billing basis and hence a refund policy does not apply here. In certain cases where we charge an advance, the customer has to inform us about the dissatisfaction within the first 10 days of the billing cycle post which a refund will not be applicable.
Our services are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. This means a service signed up for a particular business can neither be transferred to another business nor can it be exchanged for another service.
If a service was offered as a complementary service the customer has no claim of a refund citing any reasons.
